The Role And Nature Of “The Islamic Center” In Every City by Don Coulter

Another great piece by Act! For America Chapter Leader, Don Coulter.

(I have added a bit of info at the end.)

You’re familiar with the Muslim Brotherhood document “An Explanatory Memorandum On the General StrategicGoal for the Group in North America” that the FBI discovered in 2004 and one paragraph titled “Understanding the role of the Muslim Brother in North America” that spells out their chilling intentions: “The process of settlement is a Civilization-Jihad process with all the word means. The Ikhwan (MB) must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their (own) hands and the hands of the believers (Muslims) so that it is eliminated and God’s religion (Islam) is made victorious over all other religions.” You can view the full document at:

One of the key elements in their plan – their “process of settlement” – is the friendly, peaceful and tolerant (sic) neighborhood mosque. That Explanatory Memorandum spells out its role beginning on Adobe doc. page 24 in section 17: Understanding the role and the nature of work of “The Islamic Center” in every city with what achievesthe goal of the process of settlement. That goal is stated very clearly above: “God’s religion (Islam) is made victorious over all other religions.” Keep in mind that a Muslim Brotherhood (MB) front group, the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), owns the titles to about 80% of the mosques in the USA, so the MB controls those mosques. The NAIT owns the titles for the mosques in Spokane Valley and the Tri Cities, and they’re called “Islamic Centers.”

As you read that section, quoted below, note that mosques are so much more than religious or even cultural community centers for Muslims. They are allegorically described in militaristic language as “operations rooms.” This distinguishes them from Jewish, Christian or other religious centers which serve many similar functions. My comments are in red.

“17- Understanding the role and the nature of work of ‘The Islamic Center’ in every city with what achieves the goal of the process of settlement:
The center we seek is the one which constitutes the ‘axis’ of our Movementthe ‘perimeter’ of the circle of our work, our ‘balance center’, the ‘base’ (“Al Qaeda” means “the base”) for our rise and our ‘Dar al-Arqam’ (“House of ? Anybody know?) to educate us, prepare us and supply our battalions in addition to being the ‘niche’ of our prayers.
“This is in order for the Islamic center to turn – in action not in words – into a seed ‘for a small Islamic society’ which is a reflection and a mirror to our central organizations (the Muslim Brotherhood organizations in America). The center ought to turn into a ‘beehive’ which produces sweet honey. Thus, the Islamic center would turn into a place for study, family, battalion, course, seminar, visit, sport, school, social club, women gathering, kindergarten for male and female youngsters, the office of the domestic political resolution (intimidation?), and the center for distributing our newspapers, magazines, books and our audio and visual tapes (this was written in 1991).“In brief we say: we would like for the Islamic center to become ‘The House of Dawa’ and ‘the general center’ in deeds first before name. As much as we own and direct these centers (emphasis added; see the last 2 sentences of my 2nd introductory paragraph about the NAIT) at the continent level, we can say we are marching successfully toward the settlement of Dawa’ in this country.“Meaning that the ‘center’s’ role should be the same as the ‘mosque’s’ role during the time of God’s prophet, God’s prayers and peace be upon him, when he marched to ‘settle’ the Dawa’ in its first generation in Madina. From the mosque, he drew the Islamic life and provided to the world the most magnificent and fabulous civilization humanity ever knew (sic).

“This mandates that, eventually, the region, the branch and the Usra (?) turn into ‘operations rooms’ for planning, direction, monitoring and leadership for the Islamic center in order to be a role model to be followed.”

The biggest clue to the meaning of this section is in the second to last paragraph: “the ‘center’s’ role should be the same as the ‘mosque’s’ role during the time of God’s prophet … when he marched to ‘settle’ the Dawa’ in its first generation in Madina.” Remember that the 2 Arab tribes of Medina swore a secret blood oath of loyalty to Muhammad before he and his Muslims moved from Mecca to Medina: “When God (Allah) gave permission to his apostle to fight, the second (oath of) `Aqaba contained conditions involving war which were not in the first act of fealty (the first oath of `Aqaba). Now they bound themselves to war against all and sundry (a quaint English expression meaning “all, both collectively and individually”) for God (Allah) and his apostle, while he promised them for faithful service thus the reward of paradise” (page 208).

One of the first things Muhammad did in Medina was establish a central mosque. The Sira (authenticated biography of Muhammad) by Ibn Ishaq (the “gold standard” of Siras), Sirat Rasul Allah, relates that Muhammad personally participated in 27 raids (note: these are offensive military operations) and sent other Muslims on 38 more for a total of 65. They used the mosque as the “operations room” to plan these raids, including the attacks on the three Jewish tribes of Medina. It was from there that they “settled the Dawa” of Islam throughout Arabia. Throughout the centuries mosques have been used for the same purpose, both to to mark their newly conquered territories and to plan further conquests. That would be the purpose of a “Ground Zero Mosque.” Now you know that is the stated purpose of the Muslim Brotherhood for all mosques in America.

In closing, the following is an analogy expressed in a popular Muslim poem and quoted by the current (Muslim) Prime Minister of Turkey in 2002 before he was elected: “The mosques are our barracks, the domes our helmets, the minarets our bayonets and the faithful our soldiers…”. Clear enough?

My notes:

From Wikipedia:

“The house of Alraqam

The pressure, torture and trouble of Quraishi polytheists (mushriks) on Muslims increased day by day. Muslims had faced a circumstance in which they could not worship comfortably.

A safe place was needed to worship and to learn Islam and the teaching of the Faith. Mohammed himself searched for that place and found it. It was the house of, Arkam bin Abil Arkam bin Asad, one of the first Muslims, located in a narrow street in the east of the hill ‘’Safa’’. That house was suitable for entering and going out secretly and for controlling the street.[2]Mohammed was the teacher and the first Muslims were students there. They informed the other Muslims about what they had learned there within possibilities. In this sense, we can regard Arqam’s house the first Islamic school, the first university that Mohammed had taught.

Till Umar’s acceptance of Islam, Mohammed carried out the duty of teaching and informing about Islam there. A lot of people including Umar were became Muslims there.

Arqam Bin Abil Asad left his house to his son on the condition that it would not be sold and passed by inheritance to anybody.

This house, which has a great importance in the history of Islam, is now called “Daru’l-Khayzuran”; it is opposite the Kaaba and is used as a religious school today.”

So, we can see from history, the Dar al-arqam (alternate spelling) was a Jihadi training center hidden in the midst of the enemy. Another source claims that the house was that of a 17 year-old and would never be suspect.

Mohammed was SO smart!

The real question now is: How long will we remain so blind?–Dex
